All of our products are delivered within 15 working days from payment. For products that require assembly, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date. You will receive a notification email when your order has been despatched for delivery. Should you require delivery outside of our standard 15 working days, or for a special occasion, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily see how we can help!
Currently, we are only able to deliver to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. For the Highlands and offshore destinations please contact our team to see how we can help you.
At this time we are unable to process orders under a minimum order value of £35.00.
All of our timber products come with specialist white glove delivery service as standard. Unlike other online shops, we will deliver your items exactly where you want them! We will happily unpack the equipment and remove any packaging to be reused on future deliveries; minimising waste for all of us!
We are committed to meeting our delivery times, although unexpected delays may prevent us from achieving this. We will always keep you informed of the progress of your order. If you have any questions regarding your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we will replace or refund as per the policy below.
On receipt of goods, you have 14 days to report faulty, damaged or unsuitable item(s). You can do this by contacting our Sovereign Customer Support Team on 01702 804198 or by email at [email protected].
We will arrange a mutually convenient date with you for the item(s) to be replaced.
If you would prefer a refund, after collection please allow 14 days for your return to be inspected and refunded. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment as your original payment.
All items that are no longer required but are reported within 14 days of delivery will incur a 20% handling and carriage return charge.
